Cinnamon Brownies with walnut

Hari ni ter rajin pulak.. cuba buat brownies tapi dengan rasa cinnamon..topping dengan icing sugar jer..ok gak rasanya..hee..hee..angkat bakul pulak... bagi yang suka ngan cinnamon..cubalah!


100g unsalted butter
125g lightly packed soft brown sugar
125g self-raising flour
125g plain flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
60g chopped (Hazelnut or Walnut or Almond )
90g chocolate chips

1) Preheat oven to 180C. Combine butter, sugar and 185ml water in a small saucepan.Constantly stir over low heat for 5 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat.

2) Sift the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and add chopped nuts and chocolate chips and cinnamon.Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the butter mixture. Using a wooden spoon, stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

3)Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the centre of the slice. Leave in the tin for 20 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.
